12. Unboxing Video Requirement

For eligible delivery-related claims, customers must notify us within 1–2 hours of receiving the parcel and provide the required evidence.

A continuous 360° unboxing video beginning before opening the parcel and continuing until the product is fully unpacked is required for damage, defect and missing-item claims.

Requests without valid evidence may not be approved, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.
