What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Product?
Please report the issue immediately after delivery. For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product claims, a continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.
The video must clearly show:

• Shipping label
• Opening process
• Product condition after opening
Eligible cases may qualify for replacement or refund, subject to the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
