Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
• Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Books ordered by mistake or due to change of mind.
• Used or damaged books/stationery.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards, digital products, and clearance/sale items.

Refund & Exchange

• Eligible products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with during delivery, please refuse the package (if possible) and contact our support team immediately.
